Just sent kenna an email, but does anyone know how long it takes her to reply? i spent a lot of money on this order from october and my postal service scanned something on the box that's sending it somewhere else. i got one of those huge amethyst and really don't want it to be lost.

My postal service had sent it to another zip-code and since i wasn’t there it said they were going to send it back to Kenna. Fortunately, my package arrived the day it was originally estimated to arrive. Im hoping that this is the case with you 🖤
I have no clue how long but it’s not the time frame given on her website. I stared emailing her early october about my late august order and still haven’t heard anything back.
