Hello! Does anyone know how to best get in touch with Kenna on orders taking way longer than quoted? I emailed the email address provided on her website twice now with no response in the past month and my order has been in transit since January 21st with no update :( I'm really worried and maybe as the shipper she might have more insight?

Hi. I had a different package from a different seller get stuck in customs for over a month. It’s definitely stressful and confusing on why. Every time I called they kept saying “it’s being processed”. If you get into contact with usps, sometimes they have a number that works with customs directly. I personally had a bad experience with calling customs but I ended up with my package after 2 months. You can definitely try that!
I haven’t gotten mine yet either, I’m just assuming she hasn’t packed it yet :) I’m sure she has a ton of orders to go through and it’ll be here when it gets here
Google “global package tracking” and enter your tracking number in there. When you have packages moving countries, that has always been the most accurate and has details that I wasn’t able see on other sites.
If it’s stuck in customs, which sometimes happens to small boxes, you just have to give it more time. Depending on what country your package is headed to, you can check out the expected time frames of when you can file a lost package. (And you can file that without Kenna’s help) 😊 Hope that helps and I hope it shows up soon.
If it’s already shipped she won’t be able to do anything but could it be stuck in customs? I’ve heard sometimes it’ll get stuck there for awhile. I’d it’s through customs you can use the same shipping number to check USPS instead of Canada Post. If it’s still with her on the website they have up to 50-60 days believe to get stuff out and I can’t remember exact date she restocked but I don’t think it’s been quite that long. Maybe check the FAQ on her website and that might have better info there too.
