Ttried to make an account apparently I have one, tried to re set password and got the email.. re set it and it says the email “ The link I got to reset my password has expired“

Can’t reset my password and can’t get into my account . Super weird why does the link expire and how does it within 30 seconds of getting the link and typing in the password in
