Hey guys! I was just wondering if anyone else is having this problem of not being able to open the shop through the app. I'm having to go to her tiktok and access the shop that way because it keeps giving me an error when using the app. Which I don't necessarily mind having to do that, but it's just a little more complicated than using the app.

I haven't been able to use the shop through the app since I downloaded it. I keep getting an error too.
I've been keeping her shop open in my browser but I just tried to open it through the app and it's not working for me either

I can open the shop through the app with no problems
My phone was doing that yesterday saying they were having technical issues so I turned my phone completely off and restarted it and now it’s working. It’s worth a try
Mine has been working fine. But maybe try deleting and and reinstalling the app to see if that’ll work for you 💗
