The $11 is not express shipping it's express processing... Two different things. Are you still not understanding the fact that this is a SMALL business, it's not Amazon where you have prime and can get it the next day, or the fact that they don't have tons of employees?? It's just Kenna and Dan, if you're that upset you shouldn't have ordered in the first place, just because you paid however much for the product, a good tip and express shipping, which isn't even in her control it's a Canadian thing! So either just be content and happy with the fact that you had the funds to purchase and get stuff from this restock or move on, we don't need this negativity in here

I’m curious when you ordered and when it actually was delivered I’m sitting on two weeks and I’ve heard nothing spent over $1000 and she won’t reply to emails
she’s one person who packs, creates content, answers emails and has her own life. so many people email about their orders and she probably just goes in order. shes also said quite a few times that when she packs your order without express processing it is based on when you placed it. she gets MANY orders within minutes, so if there’s 100 people in front of you, those 100 people are getting theirs packed and shipped first. i mean this in the politest way possible but she is a small business not a corporation.
Basically everyone placed their order the same day, which is the day of the restock. So yes, lots of us have already received our packages because we purchased express processing. I also spent a good amount of money, and knowing how excited I would be to get my package, I purchased express processing. My package got here Monday because of that. Kenna posted packing videos literally like 20 mins after the restock launched, meaning she's been working her booty off to get these orders out as quickly as possible since they've been placed.
