I was able to snag my order but I had to use my credit card instead of debit bc my debit kept getting declined even though I had enough funds! Does anyone know why this might be? 😫 regardless, I'm still so excited I got to place an order!!!

If you are in the US, may be because Kenna is in Canada. My bank won’t let me use my debt card for international purchases unless I call them ahead of time (for security purposes).
this happened to me a few months ago and i missed the restock bc of it!!! some banks wont let certain websites charge a debit card for security purposes.
Sometimes they things it’s fraud!! Maybe if you use a different currency it sometimes declines!! Mine did the same thing, it texted me asking if it was me or not 😂
I feel like there might have been a lot of traffic. My credit card was doing weird stuff and I know it’s totally fine, and I saw another post about it too!
I think the website only accepts credit cards!
