I’m going to encourage you to practice meditation and mindfulness. If you make it a regular thing it will help you to settle your mind so your intuition can shine through brighter and faster
Any crystal that helps with communication, divine guidance, and psychic abilities. I personally love angelite, labradorite, apophyllite, and any type of moonstone (rainbow, peach, black, white). I usually leave one of those crystals on top of my tarot decks and keep it on me while I’m doing tarot. Hope this helps!
Maybe look into your chakras? Sounds like they’re blocked potentially they might be good for your journey 🥰

I think the best crystals I could recommend would be clear quartz and amethyst. I think these are 2 staples everyone needs in their collection and especially if you are wanting to read tarot and become more spiritually connected😁 My biggest non crystal tip would be to listen to your intuition/inner voice! Looking back on my past there are a lot of key moments that I remember not listening to my intuition and things going horribly wrong afterwards. The more I have listened to my own thoughts, the stronger I feel my intuition has become!
