Ok I keep seeing everybody post they are getting their boxes, or watching the shipping on their boxes, but mine still says awaiting processing... is that normal? Is anybody else still in this phase? I ordered 3-4-23 im in Ohio if that makes any difference..

This was my first time ordering also so wasn’t sure sorry! Not mad still super stoked! And can’t wait! Was just getting anxious 💜
We get hundreds of orders within one day and do our absolute best to get them out in 2 - 4 weeks tops. A lot of thought and intention goes into mystery boxes so they definitely take a really long time compared to regular orders, however, we are working tirelessly every day to get orders out. Outlined in my FAQ the processing time minimum is 50 business days. We only say that so no one gets their hopes too high for their package arriving quickly due to the volume of orders we get all at once.  Some orders can take up to a whole month before they are shipped because we pack in order of time placed and it is only the two of us! 🥰
With that being said, please don’t worry you will get a email when your order is processing and another email with tracking once it has shipped!
